About this service
When life changes, the paperwork arrives all at once. What you actually need differs from person to person, and the deadlines rest on quite different grounds: some fixed in law, some set by how an office operates, some owed to an employer, and some merely “sooner is better”. Treating them all as one kind of deadline is how people get the order wrong.
Choose a life event and answer a few questions, and this service lists the procedures likely to apply. Each carries the type of its deadline and a date calculated from the day the event occurred. All 174 procedures link out to the official page, so the exact conditions can be confirmed at the source.
No sign-in is required. A checklist can be printed and backed up as JSON. Only procedures with a cited source, a verification date and a confirmed working link are published at all.

Short questions — employee or self-employed, a dependant or not, children or not. Procedures that do not apply drop away as you answer.

Read the checklist and its deadlines
The likely procedures are listed. Deadlines are shown by type — set in law, set by the office, owed to your employer, or simply recommended — with the date worked out from when the event happened.

Confirm officially, then file at the counter
Every procedure links to its official page; check the required documents and the counter there. The checklist exports for printing, CSV, JSON and calendar formats.
Pricing and cancellation
It is free. Browsing all 16 life events and every procedure, building a checklist through the questionnaire, deadline calculation with the basis shown, one saved checklist on your device, printing and JSON backup, and the links to official pages are all included.
A paid plan is in preparation. Neither the price nor the launch date is fixed, and no payment is accepted at present. Saving multiple checklists, email reminders as deadlines approach, CSV and calendar export, and save-and-restore across devices are under consideration — none of it settled.

Not everything listed will apply to you, and something not listed may still be required. Confirm against your own circumstances at the counter.

- Do I need an account?
- No. The questionnaire and the checklist both work without signing in.
- How many procedures are covered?
- Sixteen life events and 174 procedures, each linked to its official page.
- How are deadlines calculated?
- You enter the date the event occurred and the deadline is derived from it. Deadlines are labelled by type — statutory, administrative, employer, or recommended — so you can tell the immovable ones from the rest.
- Can I save a checklist?
- One checklist can be saved on your device, and printing and JSON backup are available. Multiple saved checklists and cross-device sync are among the candidates for the paid plan, which is not yet offered.
